Message from the Management Board regarding the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the company
Dear colleagues, partners and friends!
This year is special for us: on November 27, 2020 our company is turning 150 years old. This is a big occasion that we would like to celebrate together with our current and former employees, clients from all over the world, partners and friends and honor those who have contributed to the great success of the company.
Preparations for the celebration are ongoing – event venue chosen, festive program drawn up and guest list is finalized. But, unfortunately, due to the increased risk of COVID-19 spread and the rapid increase in the new daily cases, we need to make adjustments to the initial plan.
With a heavy heart, we decided to postpone the celebrations dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the company from November 27, 2020 to a later date. Safety of our employees, customers, and partners is our top priority. We cannot risk their health, especially knowing that there will be guests who belong to high risk groups due to their age or health conditions. Also, closed borders and quarantine requirements for foreign visitors make the attendance of our foreign partners almost impossible.
The new date for the anniversary celebration is currently pending and will be announced on the company’s website as soon as the situation stabilizes and allows us to hold a festive gala dinner without putting people’s health and safety at risk.
We also inform you that a series of articles dedicated to our company’s history and present achievements will be published in the mass media soon. All links to the original sources will be available on our website.
In addition, we are preparing a book dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the company. It will contain different facts about the company and chronicles of important events in the long history of the company. We will inform you when the book is ready, present it to the audience and organize its distribution.
Follow the information on the company’s website.
We hope for your understanding.
Stay healthy and safe,
Management Board of TET Estel
