Devices on 76 mm diameter elements
TET Estel AS has been manufacturing power semiconductor devices (PSDs) since 1962. Currently, the PSD nomenclature includes 157 types of devices: low-frequency, frequency, high-frequency and avalanche devices.
Power semiconductors are realized on elements with diameters of 19; 24; 30; 38; 52 mm. At the moment, devices on elements with a diameter of 76 mm are in serial production. The company produces PSDs in a wide range of technical parameters with a high level of quality, reliability and competitive price.
For the whole period of work more than 35 million PSDs have been produced - these are both serial and exclusive works.
